e350 ambulance lights

ok so my uncle has an 88 e350 ambulance that is now a pet ambulance, unfortunaly connecticut law states that any non-offical vehical is not aloud to have red lights on it, and the van is covered with them. would there be any way to find replacement lens in a different color, say clear or amber? i know i have the original part number of the red lenses floating around somewhere but i gotta dig it up... and i dont even know if that would help. any input?

Re: e350 ambulance lights

Try going to your local fire dept. they have or may know of whom to contact about ordering replacement covers. Also you may look up (Whelen) is the name of a emergency lights company on the internet. They should be able to help you. They have email addresses on their website as well as their customer service number to get ahold of them.

I hope this helps and Good Luck.
