Engine Swap

I have a 1990 Ford E250...its got a 5.0 V8 302 ci, the truck has well over 400k on it, and the motor is quite tired
I also have a 1986 Lincoln Towncar also equipped with a 5.0L V8. i was wondering if it would be possible to swao the engine and tranny from the lincoln into the truck....would i also have to swap in fuel rails, and injection?
how feasible is this idea?

Swap over the intake and exhaust system from the van engine onto the Lincoln engine and put it all back into the van.

When in doubt :DON'T
