Your auto parts store should have them. They should be a only a few dollars.

Hello Jake,
I just bought a '93 E150 and then a Haynes manual to figure things out.
For the '93 there's a safety switch that stops the fuel pump in case of
accident. You unplug it, crank the engine for 15-20 seconds, and that
takes the pressure off the fuel lines. Otherwise you can get seriously
hosed with gas, not fun.
I don't know if your van has the same procedure, but I wouldn't be
surprised. I'd look for a manual if you're going to get into it.
