terkaa Registered User Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 13	Help from Brake engineer needed Hi, I am converting my E-350 RV to 3-axle truck by installing another rear axle behind original. Before I can start these modifications I need to make a good plan & calculations for Vehicle Registration and approval center here in Finland. And if they approve calculations I can start doing these mods. They approve it if I can point out that these modifications improve safety(ie. shorter stopping distance from 60MPH to zero, better vehicle stability etc.). But I need help with calculating braking efforts(current braking effort compared to after modifications). And also I need help in deciding how to install ABS to 6-wheel application. If someone is intrested in helping me with these calculations pls contact me. I can provide you with basic data needed(dimensions weights etc.) Tero
