I broke something replacing the EGR Valve - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

I have a 98 E150 5.4 ltr. When trying to get the EGR valve off, The Aluminum housing that the EGR valve attaches to cracked. Now I'm trying to find that part but nobody can tell me what the name of the part is. Does anybody know? It's aluminum and sits on the very top of the motor. The EGR valve bolts to it. Looking from the inside of the van towards the motor, the EGR valve bolts to the left side of this housing

It's called the throttle body spacer.It's the 9A589 in this picture. That number is the center number. There's a prefix and suffix that tells what it fits. They're about $450 or more so I'd go to a wrecking yard to get one. Tell them the part that the throttle body mounts to and sets between it and the manifold.
