just picked up a 2001 ford e350 15 passenger for a tour van...got a smoking deal and I LOVE IT! However, the rear a/c doesn't work corrently....the front a/c functions just fine...the rear, however, only blows air in the floor vents..and once the heater core heats up, it blows heat regardless of the thermostat settings....i'm guessing it's the actuator/door for the rear blower motor?

what do you think? if so...how do I access this and where can I order a new one from? I don't know the exact name of the part or part number...I looked in some older forums, but I couldn't attain a definitely location or part number...

I had the same problem.
The vacuum line going to the hot water valve(located on the under body of the van , driver side) was severed. Once I got a new vacuum line installed, it worked great.
