I just pick this car out of a garage that sat for ten years and I am working out most of the bugs. But I am having problems with figuiring out the transmission. It shifts fine from 1st to 3rd but wont shift into over drive and the manuel shift light comes on the flashes the whole time i am driving it. The light doesn't come on until about 25mph and then it comes on and flashes all the time. I tried to hook a scanner to the car but it wouldn't read anything.I know it something simple

Apparently you need a tester specifically for the transmission from what I can find.
