The drop in doesn't do much. If you run a tube through the fender to the airbox, some have had good success with this, but mainly at higher speeds (over 35, I guess) I am running a K&N cone filter on my car, and it does good, except it's a hot air induction-but still more flow than anything in the box is capable of.
