What do you think the best mod for the money is? CARB legal or non-CARB approved?


My choice will have to be for a test pipe - 6-8 hp normally aspirated, 8-12 hp on nitrous, and about 12-20 hp if running a turbo on the 2.5L

The best thing I ever did to my car was put in a better head unit / cd changer. But yeah, test pipe definitly has a hard to beat $/HP ratio, if you dont mind the minimal risk of huge fines (I dont).

What about IAT mod? :D Or EGR plate blocking? Dunno, those are pretty easy and cheap too...

Can you do the IAT mod on a 1st gen? I know nothing about ATX's :s2:

IAT mod is only for 2nd gen ATX's as far as I know:)
