Notice, the Borla resonator is significantly smaller than stock. The pipe sizes are about the same, but you can easily see the difference of the mandrel-bent pipe and non.

Fixing the flange
The holes didn't quite go wide enough, so a few minutes of this, and it fit... Unfortuantely the gasket could not be similarly fixed (no pic, I didn't think of it)
