Engine Timing or something else
I put a lower milage engine head on my 4cyl 94 probe, and im getting 0 throttle response. The car turns on and idles really low, and when i open the throttle there is no rev at all, there is small almost undetectable random spurts of backfire as well. I really need to know what is going on. I set the timing up the way the book said to. And just to clerify the lobes for the no.1 piston should be that they both (in/ex) face the outside of the head. Really need help.
