I took the 1994 Probe GT that my parents have had sitting around their house, I needed a project

The car is failing emissions test for high HC.

I also pulled the codes from the car and they were as follows

08 Volume Air Flow (VAF) or Measure Core Volume Air Flow (MAF) Sensor
10 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor
15 (Left) Heated Oxygen Sensor (LHO2S) Voltage Always Below 0.55v
17 (Left) Heated Oxygen Sensor (LHO2S) Voltage Does Not Change
24 (Right) Heated Oxygen Sensor (RHO2S) Voltage Does Not Chang
41 Variable Resonance Induction System (VRIS) Solenoid #1/High Speed Inlet Air (HSIA) Solenoid

Yay, so where do I start, lol. I pulled off the MAF sensor, is there anyway to test it?

Any input of where to start would be helpful

Did you pull the codes with the engine at operating temp and run at about 2000 rpm for a couple of min before the test? Need to know.
