I seem to have a problem... The heater and blower controls don't do anything... AC switch doesn't do anything either... Temperature guage doesn't work either.

I have changed the fan switch in the control panel to no avail.

Is there a negative cable that is common to all of that?

All relays and fuses check out.

Any help will be much appreciated

It's on my 91 PLX 3.0 MTX

which temp guage?? the one that tells exterior temp or the coolant temp? Also, did all go out at the same time?

it's the collant temp guage i think... the one on the instrument panel, beside the speedometer.

I hopped on PT and found some stuff about fan resistor, switch, and the relay between the headlight and battery. All of these have been switched with known good ones. I read something about a motor relay above the blower motor. I can't seem to find it...

Do you know if your blower motor works? I have had this problem before, it went out on me, during the winter of all days - it needed replaced. I don't know how that can affect your temp guage though..

You're sure of the relay? Failure of the heater relay is VERY common on 1st Gens. It's located right next to the driver's side headlight, bolted to the radiator bulkhead. Check it out, it's probably blown. It's very susceptible to moisture where it is and that tends to shorten its life.

UPDATE... It's not the relay... I've tested it with a volt meter and works... I've also put 3 others on it with the same effect.

I have figured that there is not power getting to the relay. So now I'm trying to work backward from the relay. Everything is kinda tight, but I'm pretty sure positive connection is gone somewhere.
