Well, at the BBQ, Jim was installing a Hotshot CAI to replace his HDR Intake (Home Depot Racing). He actually aimed towards his HDR. I wonder if he switched back.
Personally I find all the intakes available to be quite stupid. They are designed all wrong. Building your own will be better if you do it right. There will be some big news dealing with intakes within the next few months. Thats all i can say.
its worth it to buy one. it'll run you about $200 but will last as long as your car. all you gotta do is clean the filter once in a while (more often if you get the Hotshot)
