i have a 1994 ford probe gt and i was wondeering if u can up grade the pencel like swaybar to an thicker swaybar

I'd go to the junk yard and looks under some Mazda 626s and MX6s.
And while your doing that swap, get some of the Energy Suspension
swaybar link kits, and sway bar bushings. I guarantee the links will break
when you try to get them loose. And take the new bar with you when you
get the sway bar bushings. They measure the size, not the make and model.
And dont forget to grab the sway bar body mounts.
