The ALPOC site is on DomainsVision. They've been pretty good to me. I got in on a deal where it costs us $2.00 a month, IIRC, for 50 megs of space. They swapped me over to a new server and for the inconvenience of said move they upped us to the next level plan which includes 200 megs of space. I had to download the site to my computer and then re-upload it but it was worth it.

Check out www.phpwebhosting.com that's where I host a PHP bulletin board, it's fast, even though they are in Florida, I'm in Alaska. And they have awesome customer service.
