how the hell did you pull that off? I know a bunch of people who have autozone cones with no problems at all. Ihave a ractive filter myself....

By the looks of that cone it looks to be not a prob with the cone itself. I would be looking at your engine. I have seen blow back like that on race engines that i have ran too rich. I have seen that on vette once with a ram air intake...a week later he threw a rod.
