Need help replaceing crank pulley

well i need step by step instructions on what tools to use and how exactly to get this job done, i tried doing it before but when i put the socket wrench on the pulley bolt all it did is make the pulley sping the crank :( . if anyone can give me some direction i would be super thankfull, thnx and god bless you guys.

To loosen the bolt, most people recommend putting the ratchet or breaker bar so it is in a bind on the frame or ground, or just something solid, and bump the starter to break it loose.
