Question need help w? sub installation

I have a question for anyone who's installed a sub in their PGT. Where do you make a hole for the power wire, and how do you get the wire into the car. I can't seem to get into the glove box from under the hood. I really need the help of someone with experience in this. I have a 93 PGT.
