Id do intake-exhaust-high-flo cat first... Then maybe lower it and start with the aesthetics (rims, tint, spoiler, etc). Start with the exhast...

Intake, exhaust, headers, porting, NOS , ect..

Or
Asthetics:

body kit, rims, ect...

Also good lowering springs an work for both catagory. That would probably be my choice
