I need to replace the thermostat on my 1993 Probe. Its a V6 GT. Problem is I can't find a diagram for it in the Haynes book and I have a couple of questions. First, what is the sensor that goes into the top of the thermostat housing (think I may have broken it), and secondly, where are the bolts located to remove the thermostat housing. If anyone can provide some direction on this I would greatly appreciate it.

The thermostate is located at the end of the bottom hose going into the engine block. Just south of the distributor. I have no idea what wires you broke.
