Well my CEL comes on and I have pulled the codes and says running rich at O2 sensor but the O2 sensor is brand new,, but it gave a list of other things such as injectors and etc but it just mainly pointed out the O2 sensor.

Could something on the intake side be not registering correctly?? If a sensor is reporting incorrectly, the ecu may think there is more air than there really is. Also, and this would be an "in addition to" situation I think, if there is another problem, the ecu may be running in safe mode. In other words, it might be trying to make it safe for the engine to run by suplying more fuel than is needed.
These are just some random ideas though. They might help, they might not.

As for the codes you have pulled. . . you apparantly have a failing sensor somewhere. . . Even with bolt-ons you should not be running rich. ECU's typically have a certain percentage of correction that can be made based on the O2 readings. . . you do not want too much correction from O2, otherwise that just means your base programs is messed up. . . . It sounds like even with maximum O2 fuel corrections you are apparently running rich, per CEL code. IAT(intake air temp) sensor, TPS(throttle position sensor) sensor, MAF (mass air flow) sensor, ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor all effect the fuel the ECU provides. If one of these sensors is failing it will throw off ECU calibrations. Start by cleaning the MAF, reset ECU and drive for a week. . . Consider replacing IAT, drive for a week. . . Just go down the line. . . until your problem is fixed. You can also consider swapping parts with a local Probe owner. One part at a time, when you find the part that fixes your problem replace it. . .
