Water leak...again

I get in my car to go to class today and my pass. side floor had standing water on it I haven't had this problem in a couple years, so I was pissed. Last time I had this happen, the next nice day, I filled all the screw holes in the COWL with silicone. Today, it looks like that black drain cup on the pass. side was clogged by leaves so it came in through the vents or something. Ugh. I needed to rant and hopefully you'll remember to keep those drain things cleaner than I did.
