Here's the first picture of an all-new German sports car set to be rocketing round British roads by the end of the year. Aimed at track-day enthusiasts, the Automotive Solutions roadster – which will go on sale in the UK before Germany, thanks to our lack of new car red tape – gives a top speed of 150mph.
A 0-60mph time of around four seconds will also be possible due to its 235bhp, 1.4-litre motor and carbon fibre-clothed steel tubular spaceframe chassis.

The AS-1 is expected to be priced at £29,000, with 100 cars earmarked for Britain.

Dont get me wrong the car is probble ok when you see the entire thing, but i dont like how the angle is of the pic if ya get me o_O? (even tho i dont have a clue now )

But depends on all its performace for price and what you get.

not my type of looks. dont look bad but Im just not a convertible man alltogether. The best looking 'cobvertible' ive ever seen would have to be if you call it a convertible the TVR Tuscan S with the Tagra top. ANyway about this car it's got a tiny engine i bet it would revv heaps to accound for it's flat torque curve (cummon we're talking an engine smaller than my old ladies excel) and the price is 30k pounds so thats about equivalent to 80grand here, You buy a mustang for that price and this little bugger would rip the pants of the mustang in handling and accelration.

Its a tried and tested formula , renault did it with the spyder and it was cheaper , not as fast but then guess what you do with the 10k you save !!!! The lotus has it licked it might be a bit quicker than the latest elise but then the latest elise does have a roof!!!
