It's great to see the site gain so much popularity and i'm happy to be a part of the milestone, just wondering does the lucky member recieve a prize

The membership goes up and down as John cleans out old members that either Register and dont post, or post and never return

So we can have 10,000 member prizes on a regular basis

I wondered why the memebers had gone from 15000 or something to 10000. Though I was seeing things

yeah I clear out things monthly.

If members have not validated their accounts after 30 days they are removed from the DB

If members have validated their accounts and have 0 posts and NOT returned for 180 days I remove them from the DB.

If I did not clean out the db it we would have around 25k members at this time.

yeah lately I have been looking at the members grow each day, probably should have noticed the set backs. I suppose it's a good idea, I thought a member wouldn't be counted until they had validated their membership?
