I picked my Ute up from the dealer they were doing some warranty work the brake shudder, went the service desk.
Guy there said that I had a charge of $18 asked what for,
He said you have a loose aftermarket extractor bolt
Then I said $18 to tighten a loose extractor bolt I said that’s crazy
Then the service guy said sorry mark we didn’t tighten it
I said why not
He said we can’t get our hand in there so there’s no way I can get a spanner in there.
I said but why are you charging me $18 then.
He said for the diagnoses.
Anyway after I bit of rambling he agreed to drop the charge.
I do like my dealer’s service centre been really good, always given me a good loan car maybe this dude had a bad day…
I rang Herrod's they think maybe they have to pull my engine out to tighten that bolt.
Rob said it’s never happened before he’s going have a look at it on Friday.
And he said if I need a car, he will loan me his Ute..

Unreal isn't it.......A few years ago I had my ute in for service and the service manager rang up and said it needed a set of wiper blades..... $32 thankyou very much!!
