G'day fellas, I have a 250 2v head that I'm thinking about selling, I brought it a few years back and reconditioned it. Its in choice condition. How much $$$ do u think that I can get for it. Should I sell it seperatly or should I sell the block 2. Its has been in my XY Falcon before I 351ed it. The whole motor is in good condition, except for when the oil pump ceased. When it did though it broke the teeth on my distributor and the motor stoped ASA, so I'm thinkin that it is still in good condition ??? The block was just reconditioned also. With a mild crow cam. It has a 350 holley on the top. I also have genie extractors to suit. What do u reckon ?

Almost 8 years ago I almost bought a fully recon 250 2V head - it was $500. But I honestly don't know what they are worth. Rare as hens teeth too.

They have a Very Good Reputation amongst US I6 owners. They never got the 2V head, let alone the Crossflow. They just didn't advance past the Log headed six. The fact it has a removable intake is what makes it so attractive - Good for stuffing around with carbies, lol.

Maybe you could sell it to one of the guys who ships them off to the US? I've heard of these heads fetching US$900 once they're on US soil..

2v heads are worth about $300 nowdays. dont bother with the block as they werent any different to other blocks.
