Well Ill say tonite went pretty well. Present were MADNC_8 and Myself in the Fairlaine, Pheonix_EB in his EBghia, EFFalcon and his G/F in his Gli, Thanatos and his better half in his EA, jbolger in his EA, also present was LTDHO in his supercharged DC, and stokeb who we didnt actually see but was supposedly prestent
All of us apart from LTDHO and stokeb saw Fat Pizza which was a comedy and had no real story line but was funny to watch all the same. After that the second movie was Final Destination 2 which was my favourite. It is a Horror and had a lot of gruesome scenes to say the least
Overall I had a great time and was a change from the suburbia car park scenario and was well worth the $13 to get in. The sound is broadcast over FM radio so it really was wicked especially with waynes stereo setup.
There was some confusion over which McDonalds we were to meet at and I think I heard it mentioned that there is 3 macdonalds on Bell Street? It was even possible that 2 seperate groups met at the same McDonalds but were seperated by the building and didnt see each other.
Never the less, we all knew where we were heading. I took some photos but even with the flash on it was useless and only got a pic of a few taillight globes in the darkness.
Jase: How do yuo get sideways action in the 3 speed CFI??
John: your G/F is hot
Dave: your car sounded so awesome when you fanged it past us on the way home!!
stokeb: we didnt see you but when you talked on the phone to wayne I hope you made it to the drive-in ok and saw some movies
although the turnout wasnt huge, this i would say would ahve to be one of the better mets, - as karl said a change from the regular stand around and talk in a carpark type of thing
fat piza was funny and booring at teh same time if ya get my drift the same lines pretty much over and over, but oh well
final destination two made up for fat pizza's shortcomings
yeah some pretty damn good bits people splattering everywhere cool crashes
i must say the people that have poor stereos wouldnt have got much outa these movies tho my stereo was great!
anywayz an oh kay turnout considering that it was the first drivein meet, im sure that we will have to do it again soon!!
dave i love ur cars zorst note
and yeah jase how the hell does a cfi 3 speed single wheeler do such fantastic skids? i could barely do em lol
anywayz, i might stop blabbering now and go do stuff
well that was enjoyable :D
i'd be up for another one in the future, good to see wayne getting the NC sideways on exit, i shoulda taken a photo
and damn, lovin' Daves exhaust :D

Was not too bad. The turnout was ok considering the confusion about the meeting place. (I saw 2 other maccas on bell st on the way home!) I left during Final Destination coz i had Training this morning but ive seen it neways :) Ib be up for it if we do it again, maybe at Dandy :)
Pitty only 2 photos worked out. :(
Glad to see you guys had some fun. I would have liked to be there, but oh well.. maybe next time.
As for the Maccers mix-up, there are about 50 million maccers around that area.. which is why I gave a Melways ref!!!!!
"Bell Street Mc Donald’s (Mel Ref 17 12D)"
Ahh.. oh well, at lest you all ended up at the same place.
I want pics :)
