He was actually doing 310kmh, the 328kmh is from a GTR ran in Japan.

Still crazy that he got let off with only a 155 pound fine from getting caught doing 130Mph.

I wonder if he's the same guy from a few years back that had a video out of himself doing 300+kmh in a Ferrari F40?
