3FB / Ford Forums NSW Xmas event ideas

Hi everyone,

Need some suggestions here.

The spewing brickette himself; Ford Fanatic, will be leaving those lovely sheep behind and visiting the fair city of Sydney over the weekend of December 20-21.

In honour of this, I thought we’d hold our FordForums NSW / 3FB Xmas get-together on either the Saturday night or Sunday afternoon of that weekend so we can show the littlest BSR bandit how we do things in a town that has reasonable weather.

So can I have ideas from everyone on what we’d like to do and where we’d like to go?

Put on your thinking cap now and start coming up with ideas, as I want to have plans finalised for this one before we head up to Bathurst for the 24hr next month. We’ll need the lead time if we have to book anywhere that close to Xmas.

Looking forward to hearing all your thoughts.

Well we can first start by titling the cruise the 3FB Ford Fanatic Cruise in name of the aforementioned BSR bandit, but then again I guess we're all Ford Fanatics if we spend our time posting here.

I suppose maybe a Sunday cruise/BBQ down at Kiama?

Now that's out of the way...

Not that I know anything of Sydney, but I have heard that somewhere other than the mountains - again - would be preferable!

Gotta drive, get us some kai... I liked the idea of a BBQ at Mr Sparkles' so he couldn't miss out!

As long as no one makes me order Fush and Chups™, I'm happy!

Now that we have an updated version of Mr Piker maybe the idea of a BBQ there isnt such a bad thing .......or do I have to threaten the same fate to him as I did the previous Mr Piker

Dunno wouldn't count on it mate. After all The Sparkles Hunter had to be unleashed despite Sparkles traveling and staying with us at Lorne.

Maybe do a Central coast pacific hwy run into Newcastle and look at possibly staying there at a motel or something for a night out.
