Road Warrior

Today some mates and I went in the annual charity toy run (Perth) from Belmont Park to Joondalup.

Holy ****ing shit, I have never seen so many bikes in one place in my life. Sitting in the carpark at Belmont Park waiting to leave, there was just a sea of helmets and bikes, the sound of 7000 bikes drowned out everything else. Especially when going thru the Northbridge tunnel.

An absolute blast. Did any bikers here go? Did they have this in other Capital Cities as well?

Yep had one in Newcastle a few weekends ago. Great spectacle and a great idea - going to a worthy cause. What pisses me off is these "hangers on" who turn up with a Christmas ornament on their bike and join in the run, but don't bring anything to donate. Hope they have a good look at themselves...

Yeapa few years back dad and i went on the annual toy run in Sydney from the Rose Hill race course to the Penrith Museum of Fire, was an excellent ride and a top mixture of bikes that turned out both choppers style and sports bikes.

And yes theres a part of me that loves sports bike.
