I wouldn't worry about infringing on copywrites - Holden actually uses cover bands in their ads that sound like ACDC - the royalties for using the real thing are too high. And this doesnt come from a little bird, this comes from an article in SMH about 1 mth ago. Infact - Holden reworked one of their ads because the cover band "didnt sound quite right"
