Accident at Harrys on Friday Night (20/08/04) - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

A few of us were at Harrys last night up here in Brisbane, one of of the few nights that there were no cops about, everyone was smoking them up leaving the joint. We hear a cheer go up, see a little blue open top hotrod looking thing fishtailing down the raod, the we see him, about a meter in the air just after he hits the gutter. Im not sure how he was, who give a shit, im more worried about the person he hit at the bus stop....

If anyone else was there there last night that i didnt see and found out what happpened, let us know

yea, also, MissFairmont and I were walking past there only like a couple of minutes before...

UNR8D and I went back past Harrys at about 11:20pm and there was cops all over the joint, and the car was behind one of those cop shop tape barriers... and a channel Ten camera dude was there too...

I was moving MissFairmonts car into the Harrys carpark when it happened, and saw everyone run over to see what had happened. It reminded me of when there was a fight on at school, and you would see hundreds of guys running to see the fight!!!

I sincerely hope that the parties concerned are ok, only takes one tosser to come unstuck and look what happens.

The unfortunate thing is that one tosser probally just increase all our insurance premiums a notch as well.

Well I reckon you can pretty safely say that now that has happened that harry's on a Friday night will no longer happen. There will be police everywhere there from now on i reckon.

yea, i agree sylox... another incident happened awhile ago at harrys... I know that i wont be going there for awhile. I will drive past next week and see whats happening...

I wonder if there will be an increased police prescence at the coast too...

Something was bound to happen last night, considering there was no police at all...

it doesnt bother me if there is police around, but if they are being wankers then they are annoying...

I was going to head down there last night too but iI opted out cause I got new tint on the windows and the car stinks with the windows stuck up.

Glad I avoided the place now. Might have to keep an eye on it for future Fridays.
