I'm sure there would be a few guys &/or gals in here that have had some contact with ADD or ADHD children or adults.

My youngest has just being diagnosed with this & I must admit I really only thought this disability was labelled on extreme cases. I always thought he fought the world to get here & was still fighting it

. The limited info I have recieved from his doctors really makes it seem as though he does have this condition and I really believe you cant have enough information to learn from to make both his & my life easier.

Does anyone have any info or can direct me to a site that does?????

I actually have a friend with ADHD. He's now sixteen, and has been diagnosed with the condition since he was 5. Eventually he's been weening himself off the medication, and with an incredible amount of will power to keep his mind on track, he's almost off them. He's absolutly incrediblr

My girl has a mild case of it, as long as the teachers know, and you quack is upto to standards, it shouldnt be labled as a handicap..

I did alot of internet surfing, be prepared to re learn Discipline and patience

My Doctors are the best ..... Royal Far West only has the best doctors even if it means a Sydney trip every 6 months.....

I'm looking forward to new disipline tactics ......none of mine work right now

Time out is a key, for the both of you, rewards and acknowledgement of action/reaction is a good thing as well.

I would contact the education board in your state to start with
