ADSL Modem Choice?

I've just found out i can get ADSL after 2 years on dial up. Should i just get the modem supplied with the setup or should i buy my own? What do you guys reccommend?

Ive got a D-Link DSL-302G... was supplied and seems pretty good so far

D-Link 300+ or equivalent.

Has the PPoE crap all in it so need for drivers and then less shit to go wrong eg conflicting programs.

Ive got a D-Link DSL-302G...

That may be the next gen version of the 300+ I have as the D-Link 300+ isn't on the D-Link site anymore.

I would say it is... its got all the PPoE crap etc... and is Ethernet or USB connection

I have a Billion 711-ce. Brilliant modem, cheap and works. ALthough I think they have updated them now.

Billion - nfi ?

D-Link - new $200-300 or so I think ?!?! Ring around.

Off ebay about $160 or less depending on the bid. Got mine off ebay no drama's 100% all ok. Stacks of ppl sell them coz they end up moving to areas with cable.
