Question Adsl Network (help)

Can anybody out there with IT knowhow help me on a problem l
have with my networking ADSL.
My main server has XP Pro.. and my other computer has Win ME,
they both see each, but the 2nd puter is very slow on the internet,on some pages EG: microsoft.com & msn.com it loads quick but when l try yahoo or AU sites it wont load!!!???
Can anybody HELP!!:oo1: :oo1:

Maaaattteeee!

I am running xp pro as main pc with my bro running xp pro as well, all i did was ring Telstra and they fixed me up over the phone!

I assume you are saying you are having problems with your Internet Connection Sharing??? i.e. sharing a single connection with other computers.

No internet sharing is good its just that the 2nd PC is Very SLOWW.

Are you using the inbuild ICS in Win, or a 3rd party software such as browsegate?

Is your network running TCP/IP or IPX/SPX ?

Can you check email on the 2nd PC? Can you establish any other non http connections (icq, msn, yahoo chat, irc)

what do you get when you cant connect to a site?

when you say slow... how slow?

its not just your network card is it?

is your network 10baseT or 10base2 ?
