Just a thought to Geoff Polites and or David Flint. Many years ago I purchased a brand new MX-6 4WS Turbo from Mulgrave Mazda. Yes I know a rice racer! The car was new and with it came as a part of the purchase package a day at the Jim Murcott Driving School.

I went along andlearned a bit about me and the car at Sandown. Very good idea. Recommend it to anyone.

Perhaps not of any interest but certainly worth looking at may be a similar offer to future XR buyers? Maybe even at the test track in the You Yangs? Certainly would build a good customer relationship that HSV seem to enjoy with theirs.

Plan to see you at the Tickford open day. Wouldn't miss it for the world.

Hmmm.........certainly seems a good idea! Just an excuse to thrash around your new purchase. Also, maybe something like HSV did for a while where if you bought any HSV, you win a "hot lap" in a V8 supercar with Skaife! How about having the same deal with Lowndes in his kick-ass new Falcon? Hmm...

Also, when is this Tickford open day? I'd love to go.

Oh and listen guys I was wondering if someone can tell me how I can get one of those emblems/ icons under my name? Like one of those cool pics of the gorgeous T3? I'm not that good with computers.

I read somewhere, perhaps in this forum, that the open day is coming up in February. Been to one previously and amazed at the great machinery that was on display and the professional way in which it was run.

A very good adverstisement for themselves I must admit.

You need to have posted a minimum of 10 times and then you can change it under the "My FF" tab at the top of the screen. Go into change options tab and upload a new avatar from your pc. must be no bigger than 75 x 75 pixels.. :D

Martin I would certainly be interested in going back. The last time I was in a front wheel drive rice racer that had so much torque steer it was scarry.

This time I would be driving a real car. I love cubic inches!!!! Please sir can I have some more??
