I have a problem and need advice:

My missus has been chewing my ear off telling me I'm not romantic anymore. Last weekend I cracked the shits and told her I never was romantic. She asked why I asked her to get married. So I told her it was more cost effective as she didn't have to pay rent and I didn't have to pay for a cleaner or a laundry service.

Now there's big shit going on here and I need some good advice: Does anybody know of a good laundry service that picks up and delivers in Kingsford?

you must be an accountant im guessing. as if you tell them its cost effective to be with them. free rent Vs free cleaning and laundry service.
all i can say is your lucky that she is still there and your nuts are still attached.
ill give you a tip on the washing too. put it in the washing machine, put some soap powder in and turn it on. its really not hard.
if you dont have a washing machine then go to the laundromat and do what i have just said.
by what you said to her im guessing you need cooking instructions too

I'll take being a Ford lover to the grave and die for it and do whatever is necessary, but I wouldn't for a second hesitate to back down in front of a woman... just swallow it, apologize and be romantic, if that's what she wants.

It's like the whole thing when they get their hair done, even if you can't se for the life of you what difference it has made, tell her she looks great and mission impossible is now accomplished. They really are simple to please when you break it down. Sometimes... I'm assuming you're engaged... I will be as of tomorrow (ooh secret's out!!!) and I've had my share of being stupid.

Advice that may help too... shut up about cars for a few days and take her shopping. Sojmetimes we just have to pay for our mistakes. Mastercard or Visa should do... book her in for a manicure to show that her hands are far more important than dish duty, buy her a new top (that shows some cleavage - there are benefits in shopping with ur missus) and just be super nice to her, you'll be surprised how good it comes back in the end... a woman who feels sexy, looks good and gets spoilt won't hold off for too long.

By the way, please don't assume that what I've just said is a simple minded recipe for fixing it... It's a suggestion. Look for her likes and dislikes. I have a girl who isn't too fussed with cars so shutting up about cars makes her SO happy... It'll get to her before too long, I'm slowly drilling it into her to make her a car bogan like me. Just find what she likes most and then do it.

And a tip. If it involves sex or any physical contact, no matter how little, AVOID IT. It seems we blokes can't automatically go for it straight away when we've done something wrong. Experience tells me that... besides, keeping them waiting and doing heaps of nice stuff should make them miss the contact and come back eventually wanting a kiss...hug... yada yada yada.
