All you ever wanted to know about drive-ins

Thought some people might be interested in this site I came across

http://www.drive-insdownunder.com.au/default.htm

Check out your local drive-in, I only looked at a couple but some of them have heaps of info, others not so much.

One interesting quote when a drive-in was closing down (Toorak):
“If only it had run matinee’s, it might still be in business”

Re: All you ever wanted to know about drive-ins

Good to see that Drive-ins are starting to come back again as the one in Dandenong which opened up again a year or so ago has three screens and is proving to be very popular, always a good night out especially for car club's.
Cheers John

Yeah... they should open them up again. I'd go rather to drivein than to the cinema. My car seats are better than movie ones anyway
