My one once was stuck on 43..

It was like 25 that day!

Does anyone know where the sensor is located that tells you the ambient temp?

I only have a digital thermometer that i chucked in my car it works pretty well, have had it up to about 45 at times :(

I think the sensor is behind the fronty bumper, but not 100% on that

yeah, it is, its a little white knobby looking thing.

Highest ours has been is 42 outside, a beewdyful 22 degs all yr round inside tho .

From memory I saw about 45 in Dad's Fairlane...but going by our digital thermometer at home I have seen up to 48...

Yeah I've had mine at 43.5 IIRC... that was that killa weekend we had up here a little while ago.

Highest in GT-P 46 in Katherine NT November 2003, lowest 9 on highway near Stanthorpe.

Lowest in old AU2 0 outside Gayndah, I dont think it goes below 0.
