That is truly an insane acticle. The reporter sounds just as lame as the driver.
Would be handy if he actually described the vehicle.
As you said though, whoever was driving it needs to own up.
How on earth could the reporter think a car looked like a cockroach,he must have just slipped an enjoyable 'tab' before stepping out into Chaps.

He's just trying to jump onto the sensationalist bandwagon. I'd be expecting more articles about this in the very near future. The scary thing about all this is that the whole "supercar scare" that killed off the Phase 4 started in a similar kind of way (sort of).
