Another one on "the dark side"
Well, my father finally decided what he is going to get in replacement of his VS Grange... a WK Caprice... yep as much as a four wheel drive would have been nice, thats what he is getting. $20,000 extra for the Grange is ridiculous -i think you get get more than an extra 40kw.... , considering the Caprice has got all the sporty bits now... I checked out the CAPA stuff and if you spent that extra $20,000 there, heck $12,000 will take it to 400kw! crazy! then theres just the brakes to worry about...
I think he would have gotten the GT-P had the tow rating been over 2 tonne.
Can't say its too disappointing though - the LTD just needs the XR8 engine and more gimmacks, and the G220 sportiness, and it would then probably be just as good. Peace out...
