depends how obvious it is i guess.
flooring it from the lights with no wheel spin and not going over the speed limit would be very hard to even notice
i've done it infront of a cop car before (though my car isnt overly quick) and they didnt care. (i didnt see it btw)

well that depends....ive been pulled over for "looking like I was going fast"..load of crap that was.

I got pulled over for slightly oversteering through a round about. I didn't get "officialy" fined but recieved a letter in the mail for entering a round about i the wrong lane...$75!!!

I think I would of rathered him fined me for speeding than having that one my record!

Im not a nut-case...I was nothing at al, the tyres speweeling i FRACTION but I didn't see him there. I copped it and moved on.

My mate was caught racing in his SR20DET silvia, going a fair bit over the limit, now he is restricted to driving naturally aspirated 4 cylinder cars.

i have a mate at un that has lost his licence for 10 months for racing his 80's integra...lol..

the worst so far is being caught doing 143 in tassie (dont flame me it was safe etc etc)...funny thing was that they didn't have juristriction or something like that...hey im not complianing I got off with a $200 fine and no points taken off.

I cant beleive I didn't notice the under-cover cop pull over and zap me...ah well...such is life

time to railroad...my cousin got done doing 240 in a 110. I don't know if he was bs (cos he seemed proud of it) and ALL he got was a suspension for 3 months and big fine. Now im sure he'll go straight back out and do it again cos he's a bit mental which highlights the bs involved in our road rules/application thereof....ie nut case doing 240 gets a relativley light let off compared to a granny doing 63 in a 60 due to speedo error who gets 2 points and $75.
