As title suggests, anyone here a bit of a muso?

I play 5 string bass myself, can also play 4 and 6 string, as well as a little on guitar.

Hmmm. Another talented individual... I have attempted many musical instruments, but never even came close to succeeding with any of them. Cannot play or sing a note. I thought of going in Australian Idol to see if, by being absolutely shocking at it (singing) I could make myself a fortune anyway but I figured the FF Lynch Mob would come after me, even if one of their own, for such sickening stuff. So I decided against it....

Im still able to read music if you consider that a talent?
Im also lucky enuff to play tunes after hearing it on the radio.

i play guitar and have done for over 15 years now. and no im not as good as i should be for playing that long. i got stuck in the Metallica era and never could find my way out again.

I play the bass. I've got two of them, one's a four string precission bass and the other one's a semi accoustic 1966 Maton Mastersound with an absolutely awesome sound when played hard with the amp turned up to 11. lol

I have always wanted to play drums. Never played them but always liked the sound of heavy drumming. Am looking at getting a set next year.

I've been practicing on an acoustic guitar over the past year and while I'm far from being any good, I can play the main parts of some popular songs from Metallica, Green Day, The Beatles, Powderfinger, ACDC, Oasis, Nirvana, etc.

It's a lot of fun and while learning barre chords right now is a b*tch, you can get a great deal of satisfaction when you are able to play one of your favourite tunes and rock out with your c*ck out!

ive got an accoustic guitar that ive been playin 4 a few years, kinda bores me seein dat i wanted an electric, so i could play more heavier songs, (ohhh the sound of distortion)

neva bought one coz i cant afford it...theres alwayz somethink im saving for :( , new sk8bord setup, rc car engine, digital video camera, car lol

but its kool if anyone wants 2 donate me an electric

20 years of playing in bands I am semi retired now, at first as a drummer, and than as a bassest, the last ten yrs I played bass in one and drums in the other. Pretty smart ay?
PS by the way, All my gear is for sale.......
