i dont know if this has already been discussed in the recent threads.
but i noticed yesterday at my local vid store they had these street race dvds. It all amature footage of guys in the USA fanging cars and doin top speed runs, and illegal street racing and the cops bust em ect. They went to the motor show (this was 2001 motorshow) over there and there was the AWD conecpt focus. anyone else seen these ? or am i bringing up old news again ??

Another nice in is getaway in sotckholm. Race 2 cars thru the streets, and just blow by any cops . . kinda funny to watch some citroen or pug hatch try and keep up with a supra or nsx :)

Yes, i've seen all 3 Mischief DVD's. The first one is more like Jackass with cars, they jump a new rental Explorer over a big set of stairs, another hire car they jump a big dip on a dirt road then shatter the trans sump, then get caught by the cops.

The second one, Mischief 3000, IMO is the best. They captured all of The Gumball Rally (modernday cannonball run) where they, basically, drive flat out from one town to another in some wild cars, Ferrari's, Lamborghinis, worked Corvettes, Vipers, Porsches, BMW etc... They have some wild footage of the cars, like doing 160mph overtaking semi's on the shoulder of the highway, and then hiding under bridges so the Police choppers don't catch them. One bloke in a BMW M coupe cracked a rim after a semi pushed him off the road, and he couldn't find another one, so they stole one from a BMW caryard and nearly got busted by the owner.

Getaway In Stockholm 4 is coming out in october, and it looks wild, with a Corvette and the NSX in it. www.getawayinstockholm.com

I have the Mischeif 300 DVD however I haven't watched it yet as it's NTSC

My TV is about 8 years old and doesn't like NTSC - I bought when I was home in NZ on holiday, was getting a DVD for my nephew and saw it and assumed it was PAL seeing it was for sale there and had nothing to say otherwise.

Oh well, have to wait until I finish my new computer - it'll have a DVD-ROM so will be able to watch it then.

I got the first and 3rd Mischief on DVD. I like the 3rd one a bit better. it was a Players Run, like a gumball rally. pretty nice cars in it :)
