Well, I can't find the original thread, however I have been successful in having the Victorian Police choose to 'not pursue' my infringement from the Ford Forums Raid 2002 for 78/70.

My thanks go to 'EA S' for significant help and ideas, questions etc which prompted some action. He also helped soften up the authorities who may have smelt a rat on the way to court.

Also, thanks to Panoman for obtaining his snapshot which would have provided key evidence should this matter have made it to court.

Also, thanks RATT for providing me a copy of my lost Australian Standard - some very good points in there that would have seen the cops with egg on their face.
