Finally got the call, I'm off to basic training on the 19th of August. Looks like I miss out on my 18th, but I'll make up for it when I get back I spose.

LOL I know many cadets who will attest to my lack of field hygene...those stripes meant I didn't have to shower!

Just remember to down the whole yard glass during the 'initiation' ceremonies or you'll be carted out on a stretcher!
That and those webbing and full pack 'murder' runs they put us through in the RAAF as in the Army. We'll considering I started off as a ADG and ended up as a avionics enginneer and did jack shisser in excercise since then. :)
