Well after 5 days of losing copious amounts of engine coolant to a leak I couldn't detect the source of, I find the radiator place who changed my radiator and flushed the system was at fault.

Popped the bonnet today after another 2L of coolant had dumped into my work carpark and noticed a bit of coolant leaking from the pump side of the thermostat to water pump hose on my V8. Put my hand to the hose clamp there and much to my shock I could spin it freely with my finger! Now you'd think a radiator service centre would know the importance of having clamps properly tightened but just goes to show some people...

Good thing these guys aren't building motors I guess.

On the Magna I had a place called Ultimate cooling not only not connect the radiator hose properly but they forgot to reconnect the thermo fans & I'm pretty sure the following overheating killed the head gasket I'd just had replaced
