I was wondering if you or anyone else can shed light on the situation that involves sales of RHD Ford Explorers sold in the UK to be stopped by the end of this year when stocks dry up due to the fact that Ford is stopping production RHD Explorers.

I'm concerned about this because it sounds like retail of new Explorers will also stop in Australia and NZ plus other small markets when RHD production stops.

I really hope I'm wrong about this.:dead:

I'd still rather an AWD (4WD) Falcon. aka RAPTOR (E265)

Till then I'd rather keep the Explorer in the Ford Oz range.

Ford also export the Explorer to Japan....another r/h/d country...would probably sell more there than AUS, NZ and UK put together....

dont think we would have too much to worry about.

I have a new limited v8 right outside my window and yes it does look damn good! only thing it needs is a decent exhaust. Cant here thats its a v8:s2: :s2: :s2: :s2: :s6: :s6: :s6:

speaking of explorers, my old man has just got his new lease car- a red XLT explorer. I am going to check it out tonight and go for a spin.
