Any chance of getting hold of the T3 video that was running at the Sydney Motor Show (next to the cutaway T3 engine) and making it available online?

The T3 video is being worked on as we speak. They are fiddling with file sizes because, as you can imagine, it is big (18 MB).
The live help is something we are experimenting with on ford.com.au. We want to see if we can get to 'real time' customer service so this is a trail. We have used this software in the Ford On-Line shop. It is working really well and we have a lot of conversations with people who are thinking about buying. Tell me what You think (if it works through your firewall!).
All part of our plan to make ford.com.au even better!!
BTW, ford.com.au got voted the best automotive web site by JD Power (they surveyed customers). Toyota second and Holden 3rd! I'll really need to set up a dedicated post to gloat about this! Feel free to spread the word!
